Duo Finelli performed for an audience that attended the Arts in Nature Festival in West Seattle. If you know where Camp Long is, you know that its a beautiful place for a stroll.
"The Arts in Nature Festival is a celebration of art, nature, and community unlike any other arts festival in Seattle. But don’t take our word for it – come experience it for yourself. It’s an eclectic experience of art and performance in the woods of Seattle’s only camp ground, Camp Long."
I met the pair last year at the Pike Place Market while they did their fair share of busking throughout the season.
When I heard they were going to be performing at the Arts in Nature Festival the night before, I knew I would be headed across the water to West Seattle come the next morning.
“Duo Finelli is a pair of funny ladies performing slapstick, music, and dance in a bright, cartoony style. They draw their inspiration from the traditions of American Vaudeville and European Circus.” These gals have their act down, and I loved every moment of it. They engage with the audience, and bounce off each other – quiet literally.
